TFC Volleyball inaugural R3 Canada Day Celebration

DATE – Wednesday, July 1, 2026
FORMAT – Reverse Coed 3’s
LOCATION – Sir Charles TUPPER Secondary, Van – S & N fields
COST – $105 / team of 3.

📢 SCHEDULE ⏱
» 8am – FULL team check-in begins
» 830am – round robin starts (min 5 matches)
» 1/2 Hour Lunch
» Play-offs check-in upon returning from lunch
» Early Afternoon – Double knockout tiered play-offs
» Be prepared to play until 530pm.

» If payment isn’t received on time, we’ll have to give your spot to the next team in line.

GAME PLAY ✅
» Match play is continuous, warm-up beforehand
» Deduce a point a minute when an opponent does not field a FULL team on the court
» Ghost service rule applied after 10 minutes without a complete team
» Team Composition: 2M + 1F or 2F + 1M (reverse rules apply)

SUBSITIUTION 🔁
» Max one male + one female ($35 each)
» Must play one full set in the round robin to be eligible for the play-offs.

PLAY-OFFS 🏐
» Multiple double knockout tiered play-offs
» Front Side – Best 2 out of 3 games per match
» Back side – Scoring may vary depending on start time after lunch.

PRIZING 🏆
» Gold Winners: $420/team, Finalists: product
» Silver Winners: $315/team, Finalists: product
» Silver 2 Winner: product
» Bronze Winners: $210/team, Finalists: product
» Bronze 2 Winner: product.

RAINOUT ☔️
» ‘If’ Rained Out, a notice will be posted on the TFC Players Information FaceBook Page at 715am the morning of the tournament.

» Event goes drizzle or shine
» Please, bring your own sunscreen & grass volleyball
» Your portable tents must be staked down
» NO REFUND, you can find an alternate team to take over your registration.  10% admin withdrawl fee.  50% if you withdraw after June 22, 2026.
» Be aware of neighbourhood parking restrictions.
