Our indoor league formats include Reverse Coed 4’s (R4), Womens 4’s (W4), Women 6’s (W6) & Co-Ed 6’s (CE6), starting from September to May. Generally, there are 2 sessions between September – December & another 2 sessions between January – May. Depending on gym location & format, each session could be 6, 7, 8, 10 or 11 weeks long. Compare & you will see we have the lowest prices in Metro Vancouver.
Check-in & warm-up 10 minutes before your start time. Be remindful of city traffic flow & limited parking at the gym facility.
