TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

Tournament Team Fees: Reverse Co-ed 4's - $88

Main gym doors open at 8:20am.
Everyone MUST be IN the gym warming up at 8:30am. Game default rule WILL apply if matches do not start at 9am.
Full cash/cheque payment required BEFORE the Captain's meeting at 8:45am. If this is not honoured on a consistent basis (without me having to
ask) I will go the post dated cheque route for all pre-registered teams.
Co-ed reverse 4's teams consist of two women and two men
Only 16 spots/tourney, roster required
Early registration recommended

Warm-up time from 8:30am - 8:40am
Timed rally point round robin play occurs 8:45am - 2:00pm
Unlimited time, best 2 out of 3 games in playoffs 2:00pm - 6:00pm

When it is your teams turn to ref, please, ensure all 4 players participate. At least 2 players from each losing team in the semi-finals MUST stay
to ref the finals. It is now not acceptable nor fair for the first losing team in the semi-finals to simply leave the gym. There MUST be 4 players to ref the finals!

Limited teams may be granted a second match start. The request for this draw will ONLY be honoured by me if there are spots left, if the reason is legitimate, and not on a continual basis in fairness to others (the last start is generally reserved for out of area/town teams).

Registration Deadline - 9:00pm of the Thursday prior to event date, $10 late fee assessed thereafter.
Effective immediately, individuals who 'hold' a team spot for a tourney AND bail AFTER the Wednesday before the tourney date will have to place a non-refundable 50% deposit for all future tourneys they would like to hold a spot in.
