The Server is designated the back row player. She may hit and dig from the back court and move to the front court to set and block, but not hit.
A block does not count as a hit.
You may volley the ball over the net as long as your shoulders are square to where the ball is travelling.
In W4's, the server is the designated back row player. She may come up to the front row to set, but cannot block nor hit. She may hit in the back court.
An overset, if ones shoulders are not square is permitted, if the opposing team plays the ball.
Only the on court Captain of the team may resolve dispute(s) with the League Coordinator.
